I'm currently in the middle of editing as I blog this :)

To fit with the tempo of our song i've split basically all of our clips into smaller fragments and have then deleted either every other one or every other two. These jump cuts have given the video a more edgy feel which adheres to the conventions of an alternative music video as well as mirroring the pace of the song. In my opinion it looks a lot better as before it was a bit 'flowy' which didn't really give the feel of a party atmosphere. This idea was influenced by Bloc Party's Helicopter as the editing is incredibly fast paced and gave the edgy effect I desired.

As well as this I have now removed 'Bleach Bypass' and replaced it with 'Romantic' this has blurred it making it appear softer which could mirror someone's vision when drunk... Primarily I did this in order to make it look less grainy.

I've shown the footage as it is to the year 12's who have come back with some positive feedback so i'm now off to continue making minor adjustments!
