Today our group searched through the website http://audio.lgfl.org.uk looking for un-copyrighted music that we can use to accompany our music video. Our criteria was:

- It needed to fit into the alternative genre.

- Have a steady tempo

- The lyrics needed to be interpretative

We managed to narrow it down to 2 songs, Castaway and Hold On. It was a really difficult decision because we liked both songs however we decided that although Castaway had more interpretative lyrics the tempo was too slow and we thought this might hinder us when trying to fit our transitions to the beat. Hold On has a bit more of a ‘rock’ feel to it as the drum beat is quite prominent which should hopefully make it a little easier to fit our transitions to the music.
